The electrodynamic model of the cross-magnetized ferrite-dielectric resonators (FDR) has been developed; the new generalized parameter has been introduced for the quality evaluation of FDR; the analysis and synthesis methods of the tunable filters with limit FDR have been proposed. The computer program complex for analysis of the basic FDR characteristics has been developed; the procedures for thermostabilization of the FDR parameters have been proposed and realized; the limit energetical characteristics of FDR on the high level of the microwave power have been determined. The use of the work results enables to increase the output power of the tranceiving tunable microwave modules (5 - 10 times)Available from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Te...
