The work covers the properties of the automatic control systems with neuro-network regulators. The designing procedure of the neuro-network regulators, algorithms of learning neuro-network regulators on the control object model, algorithms for synthesis of the dimensions of a quantity and parameters of the neuro-network regulator with threshold elements have been developed. The neuro-network regulators provide the high quality in control of the objects with fast process passing.
