MODELLING AND OPTIMIZATION OF FUNDAMENTAL CIRCUIT ARRANGEMENTS FOR TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES IN EDUCATIONAL-RESEARCH CAD

The structural-parametrical optimization algorithms providing the imitation modelling integration - rational selection of the structural components and parameters of the fundamental circuit arrangements in the technological processes (TP) on base of the random search procedures in CAD have been developed. The method for construction of the mathematical description in the multi-operational TP, the algorithmic schemes of the multivariant selection within the limits of the computer-aided design of TP and also the structure of the program-methodical complex for the imitation modelling and optimization subsystem in the educational-research CAD of TP have been developed. The modelling and optimization subsystem of TP fundamental circuit arrangements has been introduced at designing TP of the computer-aided assembly in the enterprise "Videofon" and in the educational process of the Voronezh State Technical University. The introduction time of the new articles and costs for the electric power have been reduced.
