The development of electron equipment for the transformation of a visible image into digital massives with their following processing on a computer is the aim of the paper. The electron equipment for the image volume in neutron radiography has been used for the investigation of the dynamics of the quick modification of an optical image with the use of the time-pass methodology and information accumulation in a computer storge. As a result a system of technical visi-ion has been developed. A videocoder, making it possible to manage a TV-camera and to observe continuously a dynamic image, has been developed.
