The study deals with some limited seft-adjoint operators appearing in problems of quantum mechanics, statistical physics and solid body theory. The work is aimed at studying the spectrum and resonances of the Fridrichs matrix-valued model and some operators occurring in problems of the solid body theory and statistical physics. The finiteness of the number of eigenvalues of the Fridrichs model and existence of the Fridrichs model with a given number of resonances are proved. The pedation of eigenvalues and resonances are proved. The relation of eigenvalues and resonances is studied. The field of application covers the spectral theory of self-adjoint operators, statistical physics, quantum mechanics, the theory of solid bodyAvailable from VN...
