Boundary-value problems for a differential equation of the 4-th order pol ynominally dependent on a spectral parameter and with multiple characteristic roots

The aim of the investigation is to find sufficient conditions of existence of the fundamental system of differential equations solutions having an ordinary exponential asymptotic, describe a solution of the mixed problems for the hyperbolic-type equations. The investigation methods include the technique Birkgof-Tamarkin theory on boundary-value study, analytical methods in a spectral theory of differential operators,technique of Dech study for solutions of mixed problems. The conditions of existence of the fundamental system of solution of the equation considered having an ordinary exponential asymptotic have been found; difinitions of the regular boundary-value problems have been given; conditions under which fundamental solution systems comprise parameter fraction degrees have been found.
