DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTIGATION OF A MAGNETORAIL LOADER OF A LOCOMOTIVE

Methodologies applicationly to personal computers on the base of the law of theore for a magnetic field have been developed. Non-linear equations of dynamics have been reduced to the corrresponding linear equations in limits of the small increment in time in the construction of a mathematical model of an automated system of the magnet regulation. Analytical expressions for system parameters in transition processes have been obtained. The investigation calculation on intervals of a time has been held on computers. The description of coordinated of the system state has been given. Theoretical investigations have been held on the base of the method of operation calculus and laws of theory of circuits applicationly to a magnetic field. Structures of a magnetorial loader and a controlled electromagnet have been developed. The methodology for the calculation of a magnetic circuit and static characteristics of a loader electromagnet has been suggested. The application package, making it possible to hold multivariant calculations of the estimation of the influence of structural solutions of a regulator and coefficients of dynamic units on the regulation process, has been created. A magnetorail loader of a locomotive has been developed. The structure of a controlled electromagnet has been suggested. A mathematical model of a non-linear automatic system of the magnet regulation has been constructed.
