The study deals with problems of optimization of dynamic systems in the class of relay functions; the proof of structural required conditions of optimality in problems of optimization of dynamic systems in the class of relay functions. Criteria of dynamic systems linearization controllability along relay controls, new required conditions of optimality in different problems of optimum control, a criterion of controllability relative to Hamiltonian and extreme controllability in linear-quadratic problems of optimum control are proved.
