There the choice technique of priorities of energy policy, the principles of its formation and realization on the Regional level, the parts of Regional mechanism of management of power saving have been developed. The study results are used by the Administrations of Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk Regions in the formation process of Regional Management System of Power Saving and in the development of Regional energy policy.
