The approximating properties of the interpolating D*99m-splines in many variables on the non-regular grids are studied. The investigation method has been based on the theory of differentiated functions of several variables, property on the exponential decrease of the fundamental spline and inequalities of Nikolsky type for splines. The order-accurate evaluation of the approximation error by the splines of the functions from Sobolev class together with products in the different metrics have been obtained.
