The aim of the work is to expose the general regularities and mechanisms of participating thymus gland in the regulation of the hypothalamo-hypophysial-adrenal system in norm and at stress. An ability of the thymolytic factors to change the correlation of the neuromediator biogenic amines in the brain tussues has been demonstrated. The thymus gland realized its regulation influence on the adrenal cortex function on the hypothalamo-hypophysial system level. The thymaline possesses the antisttress activity. The effective antistress dose of thymaline has been determined. In this dose the thymaline decreases the glucocorticoid response of adrenal cortex on the action of the immobilization stress and accumulation of the technetium-pyrophosphate ...
