The work covers the cells of Escherichia colibacteria. The aim of the work is to identify the antirestrictive Ard proteins of transmissive plasmids pKM101 and ColIb-P9, to determine the nucleotide sequence of the genes coding them and to study the special features of their functioning in the E.colicells. The following investigation methods have been used: extraction and cleaning of plasmid DNA, restriction of DNA, cloning of DNA fragments into multicopeial vector, electrophoresis of DNA in agar gel and electrophoresis of proteins in polycrylamide gel, centrifuging in density gradient of chloride caesium, sequence process of DNA.
