THE REMOVAL OF THE AES UNIT FROM THE RBMK REACTOR UNDER THE EXTREME CONDITIONS FROM OPERATION

The oretically justified has been the conception of the optimum effect on the radiation situation in the course of the first stage. The removal from service of the AES unit under the extreme conditions, the biulding of the protective barrier in the dangerous zone of contamination have no analogs in the world practice. The methods of the radiation-technical exploration, the technology of the stage-by-stage building, the technology ofuninhabited remote building, the system of measures required for the reduction of the doseinput in building have been developed. The developed conception and the technology were actively being used in building the COVER (Ykputue) of the 4th unit of the CAES. As a result of this, the dose load per builders was reduced to at least by 3 times. The number of people, obtained the maximum permissible dose of radiation 25P, is less than 0,1% from those, working on building.
