The physico-mathematical simulator, which describes the processes of non-stationary heat exchange in the surface layer in heating with the square induction pulse, the processes of decay of initial structure of hypoeutectoid steel and of formation of two-phase field in the temperature interval up to the liquidus point of steel, has been developed.
