STUDY OF RELIABILITY AND OF QUALITY OF NEEDLES OF SHUTTLE SEWING MACHINES

There the purpose is to rise the operating reliability and the making quality of needles of high-speed industrial sewing machines of shuttle stitch. The new dynamic simulators and the differential equations, which describe the distinctions of kinematic and force interaction in the system of needle-cloth and rack, have been offered. The influence of treatment quality and of coats of needle eye on the value of strength loss and on the break of top thread in the sewing machine has been determined. The device, which was intended for the quantitative estimation of treatment quality of needle eye without its failure, has been developed, has been made and has been tested.
