Subject of investigation: iron-silicon bicrystals. Purpose of the work: search and investigation of phase transitions at grain boundaries in alloys. The work reveals an abnormal behaviour of diffusion permeability at grain boundaries close to the admixture solubility limit. Such a behaviour is interpreted within a wetting model.
