The investigation deals with composite soft magnetic powder materials. Purpose: production of the above-mentioned materials for their use in alternating fields. Investigation methods (equipment): derivatography, roentgenography, electronic microscopy (derivatograph, DRON-2, Kameka, Akusorb-2100, etc.). The principles of creation of composite soft magnetic materials with an insulating interparticle structure are formulated and the mechanism and kinetics of iron powder metallizing are revealed. Developed are composite soft magnetic materials and the process of their production by stamping and extrusion.
