A model and procedure are developed for assigning boundary conditions for die rolling, fields of stress-deformed state of metal are calculated for complicated cases of die rolling. The calculated data were used as the basis for development of important components of the process of leaf rolling for few-leaf springs of truck KAMAZ and the design of the section. The rolling process was put into practice at Sinelnikovsky spring-manufacturing plant and the test lot of spring leaves has undergone the trial run.
