COMPLEX OPTIMIZATION OF DATA EXCHANGE NETWORK PARAMETERS IN DISTRIBUTED INFORMATION-COMPUTER SYSTEMS

The following new results have been obtained: the functional decomposition of the data exchange network into the subsystems has been made, the methods for computer-aided synthesis of the data exchange network parameters in the conditions of the multicriterial character and uncertainity have been developed, the procedure in coordination of solving local (partial) problems of the parametrical optimization of the created functional subsystems has been developed, the complex of the models and methods for choice of the parameters in the functional subsystems has been developed.
