THE CREATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC BASES AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPLEX OF THE ELECTROTECHNICAL EQUIPMENT FOR RESTORATION AND STRENGTHENING OF PARTS IN THE POWER BY METHOD OF THE ION-PLASMIC PROCESSING

The problem of the radical increase under the conditions of the production of the quality of restoration and strengthening of the responsible parts of the power units, the ensurance of its high resistance to wear and corrosion due to the creation of the new two-stage technology of appluing the coatings with use of the ion-plasmic effect at the atmospheric pressure to the preliminary applied coatings and the development of the complex of the industrial electrotechnical equipment, realizing the new technological process, has been solved. The fundamental representations of the quantum theory of the electronic processes, flowing in the crystalline grid of metals with the interaction of the low-power ions with metal surface, the theory of the processes of the ion electromass-transfer, have been used.
