The work covers the interphase boundaries - gas (simple molecules) - solid body (dielectrics, semiconductors, metals, hagh-temperature superconducting materials). The aim is to study the mechanism for photoactivation of the electronic subsystem in the solid body, transfer channels and energy relaxation, participation of the adsorbed particles in them. The original research complexes have been developed. The photoactiveted atomic-molecular processes interpreted as a completing stage in subsequence of the experimental-revealed stages on the light adsorption, energy transfer and break (formation) of the interatomic bonds have been developed. The characterictics of each stage have been determined. Application field: physics and chemistry of sur...
