The general method of constructing models for dynamics of the molecular gases at taking real properties of the molecules and hierarchy of the fast and slow process times into consideration has been created on base of the kinetic theory. The in-level and generalized multitemperature models of the unequilibrium vibrating and chemical kinetics in the gas flows have been developed, the transfer to the macroscopic description has been substantiated mathematically. The dissipative, heat-physical and relaxated properties of the molecular gas have been investigated, and the quantitative evaluations of influencing unequilibrium effects have been obtained.
