The aim is to determine the elasticity and plasticity parameters in the dispersed-hardened and fibrous composites taking development of the microplastic deformations and production process into consideration and to appply the obtained results to the solution of the partial scientific-technical problems. The models for elastic-plastic behaviour of the composites at different loading kinds have been developed, the effective correlations of the elasticity and plasticity have been obtained, the effective surfaces of the flow and loading have been obtained.
