There the study objects are the sources of multiply charged ions, the charged-particle accelerators. The physical foundations and the creation process of electron-beam ion sources have been developed. The ionizer operating by the foreinjector of accelarator has been created; the record factor of ionization has been achieved; the beams of ions of sulphur, argon and krypton have been accelerated.
