Interferon inducers and effect on interferon status in normal conditions and pathology

The investigation is concerned with the preparations of interferon inducers and interferon itself, vasodilative preparations and liposome inducers. Adequate scientifically substantiated stimulation of the interferon system and correction of disorders in the interferon status of patients using interferon inducers enhances nonspecific resistance to viral diseases both in normal conditions and pathology. Said vasodilative preparations - phosphodiesterase inhibitors, clinically promising interferon inhibitors and interferon inducers in liposomes - a new generation of antiviral preparations. The researchers have determined the interferon status in dynamics of the test-criteria for the assessment of the prophylactic and medicinal effect produced by interferon inducers.
