THE MOLECULAR CLONING OF GENE recA PROPIONIBACTERIUM SHERMANII, STUDYING ITS STRUCTURE AND EXPRESSION IN CELLS E.COLI

The object of investigation: the genes and plasmides of the propionoacidic bacteria and colon bacillus. Structure recA-gene P.Shermanii has been studied. Obtained has been a number of the plasmide constructions, bearing this gene and recA-gene E.coli, and lexA-gene E.coli with recA-gene from p.Shermanii and E.coli. The SOS-system E.coli has been cloned by the cloned gene when processing the cells by the mutagenes.
