The culture of spruce fir on the south boundary of areal of the broadleaved forests

The object of investigation: the culture of the spruce fir class I age and ripe woods. The purpose of the work: revealing the ecological conditions for creation the forest cultures of the spruce fir, studying the peculiarities in the formation of artificial spruce fir-plantations in the broadleaved forest zones depending on the agricultural technique of its creation. The laws of the growth and formation of artificial spruce fir young growth depending on the soil fertility and ligth regimen have been revealed, and the peculiarities in the development of the root systems have been established. The scientifically grounded recommendations on creating the artificial plantations with the main species (spruce fir) have been developed depending on the ecological conditions. The normative-technical maps on creating the pure and mixed cultures of the spruce fir have been accepted for introduction in production. The recommended technologies will allow to increase the economy effect by 2 to 2,5 times as compared with the technologies to be used.
