The aim is to perform the theoretical and experimental investigation of the photo-thermoacoustic (PTA) effect (generation of acoustic waves in gas surrounding condensated medium at absorption of amplitude-modulated or pulse optic radiation in it) in the flaky media under action of the different thermoelastic mechanisms and to develop the new methods for diagnostics of the condensated media on their base. The PTA effect in the one-chamber cell in the configuration with soft substrate and also in the proposed three-chamber cell at excitation of the signal by a radiation pulse has been investigated by a transfer function method.
