The aim is to develop the sequential methods describing the evolution of sufficient-unequlibrium states in the alloys and to apply these methods to the investigations of the kinetic phenomena at phase transformations. The kinetic equation in approximation of the middle field for describing evolution of the local alloy concentrations has been obtained. The microscopical linear analysis of the spin instability in the non-ordered and ordering alloys has been performed. The new coalescence mechanism of the new phase release has been discovered.
