The importance of taking contribution of the phonon subsystem into consideration at modelling of the properties in the investigated compounds has been shown. The negative character of the longitudinal static dielectrical permeability near the Brillouin zone boundary has been obtained for the cuprate superconductor. It has been shown that the taking Jan-Teller distortions of the C*006*000 molecules into consideration permits to explain the special features of forming the electron zone structure in the doped fullerites. The conclusion about thermodynamic nature of the instability in the crystalline structure of the ices under pressure has been made on base of the analytical investigations and numerical designs. The developed approach can be u...
