The work is aimed at studying the influence of the opioid peptides such as ley-enkefaline and dalargine on the sympathetic regulation of the cardial activity. It has been shown, that ley-enkefaline (on the background of sympathetic and parasympathetic influences on the heart) though does not cause the variations in the cardial contractions frequency, it truly influences the impact volume of blood and the minute volume of blood, which shows the essential contribution of the opioid peptides to the extracardial regulation. It has been shown, that the ley-enkefaline and dalargine inserts not always similar effect on the sympathetic regulation.
