The physical-mathematical model forming the discharge in the three-electrode controlled gas-discharge devices (GDD) has been developed. The high-action of gas-discharge tubes has been increased 3,5 - 4 times at their control by the high-voltage pulses. The control procedure of GDD and software package for the computers have been introduced. The material and energetical costs have been decreased.
