The object of investigation: edible snail Helix Pomatia, its giant neurons LPa2,3 and RPa2,3 (the command neurons of the protective behaviour). The purpose of the work: the revealation of the membrane mechanisms of the postsynaptic variations in the formation of the prolonged sensitization on the identified command neurons of the protective behaviour of Helix Pomatia. Obtained have been the data about the variation of the postsynaptic neurons membran excitation, about the increase of the rest potential with the working of the prolonged sensitization, about the detected phenomenon of the depolarization accumulation with the successive stimulation.
