The composition and structure of the flora in the southern taiga of the Yenisei region have been studied. 807 species of the higher plants of which 227 species are specified firstly for the given territory have been revealed. The place of the flora among other taiga floras of the Eurasia has been determined. The special features of the differentiation in the taiga flora of Near-Yenisei Siberia have been determined.
