The theoretical positions about the influence of the outer chemical and physico-chemical effects on the factors of stability of the polymer emulsions have been developed. The requirements to the chemical additives - the effictive stabilizers, allowing to realize its scientifically justified selection, have been formulated. It has been shown, that the role of the outer physical effects is in the increase of efficiency of the applicable emulgators action.
