THE MODELING AND CONTROL BY THE PROCESSES OF FORMATION, TRANSPORTATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSING OF THE PROTECTOR FABRIC IN THE SYSTEMS WITH THE BEARING INTERLAYERS

The investigations have been performed on the devices, automizing the process of production of the protectors with use of the thin lubrication-bearing interlayers of fluid, gas er its combinations. The scientific-theoretical bases of the profiling and complex processing of the protector fabric of the blank-assembly production of the tyre industry in the systems with the lubricator-bearing interlayers of the technological medium have been developed. The mathematical and physical models of the lubrication medium flow in the operating organs of the technological equipment, oriented to the solving of the problems of control by the processes of formation and the protector fabric processing in the systems with the bearing interlayers, have been built.
