Synthesis of electric drive for excavating machine revolution mechanism with two-zone regulation

The aim of the work is to determine the dependences of the basic regulated variables of the d.c. electric drive in the revolution mechanism of the power shovel upon its parameters at two-zone regulation to develop the block diagram of control system that permits to increase its output. The relations between parameters of the two-mass electromechanical power shovel revolution mechanism system permitting to develop the electric drive theory and analysis and synthesis methods of the electric drive control systems have been determined.
