The vibroprotection of the magnetic system and armatures of tractive electric motors

The object of investigation: the tractive electric motor of the Diesel locomotive. The purpose of the work: the improvement of the operational reliability of the magnetic system assemblies and the armature of the tractive electric motor (TEM) on the base of the experimental-theoretical investigations of the vibration-load of the outlead and end turn of the pole coil and the sheets of the core. The scientific principles of the improvement in construction of the assemblies of the magnetic system and the TEM armature core have been grounded, the methods for design of the dynamic strength of the extreme sheets of the armature core have been developed. The complex of the scientific-technical problems concerning the improvement of reliability and durability of the assemblies of the magnetic system and the electric motor armature has been solved. The scientific results and practical recommendations have been introduced in the Tashkentsky Diesel locomotive overhaul plant of the Uzbek Republic. The realibility of the Diesel locomotives in operation has been improved.
