THE INTENSIFICATION PROCESSES AND THE FORMATION OF SURFACE QUALITY WITH ELECTROCONTACT-ARC AND COMBINED PROCESSING OF MATERIALS

The object of investigation: the methods of the electrocontact-arc (ECAP) and abrasive processing (ECDAP). The methodology of the purposeful formation of the metal surface layer properties, the mathematical models of the temperature fields in the blank layer and motion of melt in the operating clearance, has been developed; the corresponding laws with ECAP and ECDAP have been established. The algorithms and programs of the computer design, the recommendations on the diagram selection, the rational conditions and the combined toolconstructions for the ECAP and ECDAP, and the technical tasks and design solutions for the number of units of the plane processing, rotational bodies, cutting the blanks and the manufacture of specimens for the tests, have been developed.
