The investigation of the women, living under the extreme conditions of the European conditions, has been performed. As the group of comparison, the men of the same region served. For the first time, the sexual dimorphism of the adaptive variations of the main parameters of the European North inhabitants has been established at the short-time and the long-term adaptation. The morphological signs, adherent to the women of the North, have been determined.
