THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCE OF THE GLYCOCORTICOIDS ON THE PURINERGIC RECEPTOR SYSTEM IN THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTES AND MARROW LYMPHOBLASTS

The object of investigation: the lymphocytes of the peripheral blood and lymphoblasts of the man's marrow. The purpose of the work: the investigation of the influence of glucocorticoids on the mechanisms of the lymphoid cells signal delivery to the purinergic receptor system. Shown has been a capability of the glucocorticoids to increase the quantity of A*002-receptors of adenosine on the membrane of the lymphoid cells by regulation of the transcription. The described intercation of the glucocorticoid and purinergic receptor systems can used in compiling the more effective diagrams of polychemiotherapy for the treatment of the acute lymphoblast leucosis.
