Algorithms and software for the analysis of regimes for a complex electric power system (EPS) on high harmonics on the base of the balance method for distorting powers havv been developed in the paper as well as the algorithms for the state estimation of a complex EPS on data of naturas measurements. The program-calculation complex "Harmonics" has been elaborated.
