The aim is to develop the mathematical models and methods for investigation of the steady-state and transient processes in the single-phase induction motors (SIM) with switched off starting winding of ferromagnetic wire. The mathematical models, algorithms and programs for analysis of the dynamic characteristics in SIM according to the method of symmetrical components in the different coordinate systems have been developed. The investigation of the dynamic energetical indices in SIM with starting windings of ferromagnetic wire in the starting condition has been performed.
