The investigation is based on studying dependences of the kinetic growth parameters of the microbic populations upon the environment factors in two types of the continuous cultivation - in the hemostasis and turbidostasis (pH-stasis), possibility on the performance and stability of the stationary changes, changeability of the signs of the microorganisms determinated by the chromosomic and plasmid genes. The bistable stationary states with height and low population density at substrate inhibition of the yeast growth by a phenol have been forecasted theoretically and confirmed in experiments.
