WORKING-OUT AND APPLICATION OF IMITATION MODELLING METHODS IN FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS IN REGIONS OF NORTH

The information base for the formation and development conditions of power supply systems in the North's regions has been worked out, their classification has been performed; the electric consumption forecasting method has developed; the methods and models for evaluation of the comparative efficiency (electric-and heat supply in North's conditions and power supply centralization) have been proposed. The methods investigating the formation and development conditions of power supply systems in the North's regions and based on the imitation approach have been developed. The results have been used at analysing development perspectives of the electric power systems of the Yakutia and RF North-East in a number of the programmes and conceptual works approved by the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) Government. The results have been introduced into the Joint Stock Company "Yakutenergo" and into the Administration of Social-Economic Development Programme for Republic Sakha (Yakutia).
