PREDICTION AND PROVIDING OF ACCURACY OF WEFT-MAKING MECHANISM OF SHUTTLELESS LOOMS WITH PURPOSE TO RISE OF ITS RELIABILITY

There the simulator of accuracy of operation of weft-making mechanism has been developed for the first time. The errors, which were determined by the method of shady section, have been brought out; the manners for the decrease of these errors have been offered. The generalized method of design of systematic error has been developed. The design procedure of reliability indicators depending on the accuracy of mechanism as well as the design procedure of accuracy according to the given reliability indicators have been created.The measuring method has been improved; the instrument for the measuring of angular and linear dimensions of loom parts has been designed. The instrument for the measuring of angular dimensions has been introduced. The efficiencies are the providing of accuracy of measuring, the consequence the improvement of reliability indicators.
