INFLUENCE OF DESIGN-TECHNOLOGICAL SPECIAL FEATURES IN BUTT JOINTS ON THEIR DEFORMABILITY AT TWO-AXIAL TENSION

The work covers the welded joints of steel 12Ch18N10T. The aim is to develop the methods for analysis of the deformability in the welded joints in the two-axial tension conditions at large plastic deformations. The method of finite elements has been improved, the formula for determination of the effective deformation concentration coefficient has been developed, the formula for calculation of the local critical metal deformation has been obtained. The calculated methods for evaluation of the welded joint deformability permit to perform the calculations by a computer. The optimum correlations of mechanical properties of the welded joints with defects at large plastic deformations in the two-axial tension conditions have been determined.
