RECEIVING THE VERSIONS OF THE RECOMBINANT VIRUSES OF THE SMALLPOX VACCINE EXPRESSING THE ANTIGENES OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS

The purpose of the work: creating the strains of the recombinant viruses of smallpox-vaccine, causing the induction of the immune response against hepatitis B virus with the immunization of animals, and the perspective ones for the development of the living recombinant vaccine against hepatitis B. For the first time, the recombinant viruses of the smallpox-vaccine (recombinant VSPV), effectively expressing the gene of the middle protein of the envelope and the versions of the gene of protein of nucleocapside of virus of hepatitis B (VHB) have been obtained. It has been shown, that the immunization of primates and linear mice the recombinant VSPV causes the formation of the humoral and cellular immune response to the antigenes of the envelope and nucleocapside VHB.
