The approachs to the structural interpretation of the small-informative and structural-contradictory *991H NMR-spectroscopy data for the protein-peptide nature molecules have been developed. The author succeeded to determine the total spatial structure of the gramicidin A complex with caesium on base of the structural-contradictory experimental data and proposed interpretation methods. The minimal-necessary conformation set has been determined for the investigated molecular system; it was shown than among each of amino-acid residuals as a part of the composition not less than two conformation states of the side chain are realized.
