The samples of semiconductors, optic ceramics, sulphide minerals have been investigated. The possibility of using the mercury and natrium amalgam for taking the samples of a substance from the surface of the specimen without its preliminary processing, has been justified. At this, the stages of the sample taking, the concentration of the substance to be determined and its analysis have been combined. The express method of analysis of the solid bodies surfaces for the content of the microquantities of metals and its compounds has been developed. The methods have been introduced in the Tomsk State University a.o. The developed method can be used for the analysis of surfaces of semiconductors, metals and alloys for the content of metals and it...
